Day 11: 2 Corinthians 4:8-9

Day 11: 2 Corinthians 4:8-9
Life sometimes feels like an endless string of struggles, both for ourselves and those we care about. In these verses, Paul shares the reality of hardship but also the hope that comes with faith in Christ. Though we may feel pressed, perplexed, or struck down, God promises that we will not be crushed, abandoned, or destroyed. We have a strength within us that comes from God Himself, enabling us to endure and overcome.

These words remind us that no matter how difficult life becomes, we are never alone, and we are never without hope. God holds us in His hands, protecting us and giving us the strength to rise again. He sees our struggles, knows our hearts, and is closer than we often realize. His presence is a constant source of peace and resilience.

If you are feeling overwhelmed today, lean into this promise. Take comfort in knowing that God is with you through every trial. He will sustain you, protect you, and renew your hope each day.

Prayer
Dear God, I long for a day filled with good news. I am overwhelmed by my struggles and the struggles of those around me. Yet, your Word promises we cannot be destroyed no matter what happens. Protect me in every way and hold me close. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
