What is weighing your heart down today?

Who could you speak a kind word to today to encourage them? You might encourage yourself in the process.

Prayer: Father, my heart is weighed down today by _________. Encourage my heart with joy from your Holy Spirit, and allow that joy to overflow so that I can encourage others as well. Amen.

When Patti and I got reconnected it was the strength of our friendship and us being best friends to each other that our past of knowing each other was a strong foundation that God helped both of us through some hard times to say yes it was anxiety. Through that friendship from the past and the closeness that we always felt that anxiety slowly went away and with the help of the church, The Jar, Pastor Chris and God himself we are closer than ever. Through friendship we have made and making peace with our past we are closer than ever to God and what God wants us to be.
