Marriage Night is coming up! Jen and I are very excited to be there. This is a great way to connect with other married couples in the Jar and grow closer to each other. It will be at The Jar Ministry Center January 25th at 7pm. You can sign up at  www.thejar.org/marriagenight


This Sunday we will continue our series, Starting Over! Part of starting over this new year is thinking about the decisions you have made in the past. Often, when we look back we don't know why we did the things we did -- like what was I thinking!? The truth is, if you think the way you used to think, you’ll do the things you used to do. So let's RETHINK and start over this year.

Join us this Sunday as we rethink and start over in the Civic at 9 or 10:45am! Hope to see you there!

Parents Night Out - January 18th
Join JarKids for Parents Night Out Saturday January 18th from 5-8pm at The Jar Ministry Center, 920 W Main, 47305. We will watch Inside Out, eat dinner and have fun! Marriage Night - January 25th
All married couples are invited to join us for a marriage night on January 25th at 7pm! This will be a snow-ball themed event with snacks and games at The Jar

Loss of a Spouse and Griefshare
GriefShare, a support group for those who have lost a loved one, will be starting a 13-week session beginning January 27th from 6-8pm and January 28th from 2-4 pm. At this group, you can hear from others who have lost a loved one and learn how to have hope and practical tips for navigating this difficult time. They will also be having a special event on January 19th called Loss of a Spouse for anyone who has experienced that specific loss.  Loss of a Spouse will take place at 12:30pm at The Jar Ministry Center. Lunch will be provided. 
Divorce Care - Beginning February 1st
If you or someone you know has recently experienced a separation or divorce, we invite you to join us for Divorce Care. This is a weekly support group beginning on Saturday, February 1st. The group will meet at 1PM at The Jar Ministry Center (920 W. Main St.) and childcare will be provided. You can sign up at divorcecare.org.
New Testament Class - Beginning Feb. 9th
Beginning February 9th, The Jar will be offering a Bible class called Living the New Testament. Whether you've never opened a Bible before or you've read the New Testament several times, this class is for you. You'll learn not only what is in the New Testament, but how to read it and apply it to your daily life. The class will take place Feb. 9th, 16th, 23rd, March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th upstairs in the Boardroom.  Sign up here. Contact [email protected] for more info.
