We are staying up to date with CDC guidelines and information from our federal and
state government. The following information is subject to change based on information by the
CDC and/or government.

We are staying up to date with CDC guidelines and information from our federal and
state government. The following information is subject to change based on information by the
CDC and/or government.
Parking and Entry:
- Parking team- will help people across the street, act as crossing guard. Visible masks and safety vest worn.
- Greeters: Keep as many doors open as possible, they will remain open. Unless weather does not permit.
- Security and other volunteers must be direct on social distancing
- There will be marked indicators on the floor for 6 ft social distancing, as well as outside of the front doors
- Elevator will be closed (only for emergency use)
- We will be asking everyone to wear a mask upon entering the building
- Hand sanitizer visible stations throughout the lobby, auditorium, off elevator and stairs
- Greeters and Volunteers wear sticker name tag to dispose of when leaving
- Café will be closed during this time
- We will not have programs, guests can follow the teaching via the app
- Boxes will be in the back for collecting the offering, we will not pass the offering bags
- Dismissal- like weddings/ by row- section (start from the front to the back)
- Ushers will dismiss row by row in order to maintain social distancing
- Parking Team- will guide people out across the road
- Make sure cleaning is complete before letting others from the next celebration enter
Cleaning Team:
- Begin wiping down seats as people exit (are dismissed)
- Wipe down all plastic, wood and metal on chairs (inside cup holder)
- Wipe down all door handles, counters, highly touched surfaces
- Check restrooms: wipe down faucets, toilet seat handles and door knobs
- Restrooms will be “closed for cleaning” between celebrations
- Wipe down offering box
Volunteers will be trained on:
- Safety/cleanliness
- Social distancing
- Wearing masks
- Seating people
- Cleaning thoroughly
- Directing the flow of people/entering and exiting
- Dismissal
- Where volunteers and leads need to meet to get updates and supplies before their serving time
- Parking team
- Medical Team- Sick protocol
